Speaking as a Spicehead, it is great to see vendors acting like this. Grown up and supportive, not putting each other down. As a customer, I want the solution that is right for me, my employer, and our current situation. Hopefully vendors more vendors will come to realise that if they push their product into an inappropriate situation, they may make that one sale, but will then have an unhappy Spicehead who is then likely to badmouth the product and potentially reduce the prospect of future sales where it is the appropriate solution.
